Many clients prefer to pay out-of-pocket without using insurance.
This option offers:

You can pay before or after each session using:

    Note: Receipts and superbills can be provided for insurance reimbursement if needed.

📑 Evaluation Payment Policy

Full payment is required prior to scheduling any psychological evaluation. This ensures dedicated time is reserved for testing, scoring, and report preparation.

Insurance is not accepted for evaluations. However, a receipt or superbill can be provided upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement..

Expedited reports may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may include an additional fee depending on turnaround time and availability.

🧾 Using Insurance (In-Network & Out-of-Network)

I currently accept Aetna and Optum/United In-network for clients located in Colorado, Florida, Michigan and New Mexico.

If you're in one of those four states and have one of those plans, I’ll handle all billing directly. You’ll just pay your copay or coinsurance, no paperwork or claim submission on your end.

For clients with other insurance coverage, I’m considered an Out-of-Network (OON) provider. Note: I will be an In-network Provider with BlueCross/BlueShield by the end of the year in Colorado, Michigan and New Mexico.

How Out-of-Network billing works:

After each session, I provide a superbill. You submit this to your insurance company and they reimburse you directly (usually within 2–4 weeks).
