About Me
As a licensed American clinical psychologist, I specialize in working with growth-minded individuals. People who strive for self-development but may feel off-center when life delivers unexpected challenges. My approach is rooted in practical psychology and focused on navigating change, building insight, and finding balance during transitional moments.
I’m not here to “fix” you.
I’m here to help you better understand what you’re facing, help you understand how your mind works and become an ally on your journey; whether through Insight-Based Therapy or Realignment Consulting.
I’m naturally curious and connect easily with people from all walks of life. I create space for meaningful conversations and tend to get to the core of things quickly. My presence is grounded and calming, helping clients gain greater clarity and insight.
With over 15 years of experience, I’ve worked across hospitals, universities, Native reservations and communities throughout Asia, Hawaiʻi, and the mainland United States. My six years living and working in Asia shaped how I understand people and adaptation. I bring a direct, but grounded approach that integrates Western clinical training with an Eastern perspective.
